We are deeply passionate for brewing the finest, freshest gourmet local kombucha and making it available to the local foodies and health minded individuals right here in Santa Barbara.

We use certified organic, loose leaf premium teas and ferment them with live probiotic cultures in American oak barrels. We offer our kombucha on tap to local Santa Barbara restaurants, cafes, bars, events and private events. Our production and bottling takes place in a beautiful commercial kitchen shared among other like-minded folk who are keeping the local artisan culture alive.
